We engaged Steve Moran when we were looking to sell our house which we loved but had grown too big for. While we were still a while away from getting the house ready for market Steve kept in contact encouraging us to complete the upgrades rather than rushing to the market and not getting the price we wanted.

When the time came to sell we got other agents in to quote but Steve still recommend the highest market price and delivered by selling our home on the first open home inspection which took place 24 house after going on the market. Not only did Steve sell the house quickly but he got us a price deemed unachievable by other agents.

At the same time we asked Steve to take over negotiations on the property we were purchasing as things had stalled with the sellers agent. The seller agreed and Steve managed to finalize the purchase of our dream home.

Steve is an old fashion, professional real-estate agent who is prepared to listen and go the extra distance for his clients to ensure their satisfaction and we are only too happy to endorse him.
